POLYMERS USED IN -HYDRO PROKAV PUMPS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

We used polymers of Natural Rubber(NR), Acrilo nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR), Hi-acrilo nitrile butadiene rubber(Hi-NBR), Hydrogenated acrilo nitrile butadiene rubber(HNBR), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), chloroprene rubber(CR), Chloro Sulphonated poly ethylene (CSM-40-HYPLON), Neoprene rubber, Fluoro polymer elastomer (VITON) Poly Ureathane(PU),Silicone Rubber Etc..

RUBBER MIXING AND FORMULATING CAPABILITY

Hydro Prokav Pumps ( INDIA) private limited manufactures high-quality rubber parts which require compounds that meet standard requirement for performance and we have the ability to develop special and specific formulations for customers’ applications.

Our customised rubber mixing and formulating capabilities include compound development, internal mixing and open mill mixing of black or colored compounds . Our state-of-the mixing facility is equipped with 1 internal mixer (dispersion kneader), and 2 open mills dedicated to the mixing of all rubber. Custom mixed rubber compounds are used for rubber extrusions and molded rubber products.

To avoid premature vulcanization, a two-stage mixing process is employed:

Stage A: Master Batch production(MB)

Mix rubber polymer, non-vulcanizing ingredients like raw rubber, activators, carbon black, silica, softener, plasticizer and process oil physically in the internal mixer/mixing mill

Stage B: Final Batch production(FB)

After Stage A mixing has been completed and time for cooling has been allowed, Stage B mixing is carried out in which curatives (vulcanizing agents) like sulfur, accelerators, peroxides into MB(Master Batch Production).

RUBBER EXTRUSIONS PROCESS:

The process of polymer extrusion involves taking raw materials and creating a product that can be formed into a unique and different profile of a variety of lengths, shapes and colors. The profiles are highly customizable and can be made from almost different type of rubber. After extrusion we have cured in autoclave/hot air oven

COMPRESSION AND TRANSFER MOULDING PRODUCTS

Compression and Transfer moulding process are done for the production of Rubber Stators, Oil Seals , O-Ring, Inspection Gasket, Boot Seal, Washer, Joint Seals, Slinger Ring, Water Thrower, Etc...

MECHANICAL SEAL

It prevents the fluid seeping the liquid to other parts of the machine, or it keeps the rotating parts lubricated .The mechanical seal is used in a pump, mixer and other mechanical engineering scenarios to contain the fluid within a vessel where a shaft rotates through a stationary (or rotating) housing.

Mechanical seal important in wet situation because the rotating shaft has to move in a wet environment, but there should not be the leakage of pressurized fluid. Hence, the role of a seal is quite critical.

OIL SEALS, AND O-RING

Oil seals and "O" rings are used in all hydraulic systems, progressive cavity pumps, pistons, pipe connections, etc. An oil seal used for sealing a rotating member is called a rotary seal. "O" rings are also used for a similar purpose. A fine sealing edge provides adequate pressure on the shaft to prevent leakage.
